1912 (Aug 15) red band cover from Urga to Kalgan, f.w. CIP London ovpt. ROC 1c and 5c on reverse, tied by Urga cds., along with Kalgan arrival cds. 6c rate is for mail between Mongol and Inland China, as the transportion was poor and slow, not to mention the service volume was small.
