1904 Imperial 1st postal card from Shanghai to Germany, uprated by CIP 1/2c x 2 & 1c, tied by Kiangsu Shanghai lunar year cds., a "T", "1 Ct" wrote alongside due to insufficient postage, also with Shanghai Chinese PO & French PO, Germany transit and arrival cds. Imperial 1st postal card used with postage due is unusal. Card stained. F-VF.
