1899 (Sep 25) Imperial 1st postal card, from Shantung Chingchow to Germany, mixed franking with CIP 1c, 2c and German PO in China 5Pf, tied by black oval Chingchow datestamp and Tsingtau German PO cds. respectively, along with Weihsien, Kiaochow oval transit datestamps and Germany arrival cds. A 1st series Imperial Post Office Card having 3 types of Shantung local oval cancellations are indeed quite rare. VF-F.
