CHINA issue 10pf, tied by Peking bisected bilingual cds and Shanghai German PO cds. + IPO cachet respectively, along with Shanghai Chinese PO transit and Germany arrival. IPO cachet applied on German stamp on mixed franking item is extremely rare.
