sent by P. Brossman, f.w. Hong Kong QV 5c x 2 and 10c, tied by Kowloon Customs cds. (in Kap Shui Mun) and Hong Kong cds., along with circled R mark. On reverse with Germany arrival (Aug 6). It is the latest recorded cover used before the closure of Kowloon Customs in Oct 1899.
