1894 (Dec 7) & 1898 (Dec 1) Hong Kong QV 1c green postal cards, sent from Shanghae to England and from Amoy to Germany respectively, each affixed with a QV 2c stamp only (under rated), the card sent from Shanghae with postage due T mark upon arrival but the one from Amoy without postage due mark, indicia/stamp cancelled by Shanghae Type E2 and Amoy Type F1 cds. VF. (Note: The former one used shortly after the increase of UPU rate from 3c to 4c on 1/12/1894, i.e. postage due of 1c).
