1949年7月27日西康高等法院公文封自西康康定寄重慶，單貼銀圓加蓋康定地名4分票，符合當時國內平信郵資，銷康定日戳，旁蓋重慶到達戳。西康地名加蓋實寄封極為罕見，存世有紀錄僅五件，此為重要的藏區銀圓封！

f.w. Kang Ting ovpt. Silver Yuan 4c, matching the domestic ordinary postage, tied by Kang Ting cds., along with Chungking arrival cds. Rare to see covers f.w. stamps ovpt. with Hsi Kang Post Office name, only 5 covers in record. This is an important Tibet Silver Yuan cover.
