1949年7月20日中式銀圓封自東川開縣航空快遞掛號寄重慶再轉寄廣州，最後再回到重慶，正背面貼孫像加蓋開縣地名銀圓及孫像銀圓票各1枚，合26分銀圓，符合當時國內航空快遞掛號郵資，銷東川開縣日戳。正面有重慶7月27日、廣州7月30日及重慶9月12日到達戳。因最高法院搬遷，導致信件輾轉各地。 franked on both sides Kai Hsien ovpt. SYS Silver Yuan x 1 and SYS Silver Yuan x 1, matching the domestic airmail express registered postage, tied by East Szechuan Kai Hsien cds., on front with Chungking (Jul 27), Canton (Jul 30) and Chungking (Sep 12) arrival cds. The cover was re-directed triple times becuase of the High Court relocation.
