1949年12月6日中式銀圓封自東川小龍坎寄貴陽，背面貼東川銀元5分1枚，符合當時國內平信郵資。「代」是顯示龍隱鎮和小龍坎都是郵櫃級的郵局，這可佐證「三保留」策略的運用成功。小龍坎於11月30日已解放，此乃解放後沿用銀圓票的例子。
franked on reverse East Szechuan Silver Yuan 5c, matching the domestic ordinary postage. Both Siaolungkan and Lungyinchen were Agency Offices (Class 2C) as indicated by its "代 Dai" post mark - an example of the success of the "trio-preservation" policy even at the agency level. Siaolungkan was liberated on Nov 30. This is a post-liberation usage example of Silver Yuan stamps.
