1900年2月中式紅條封自山東萊州寄膠州郵政局轉寄靈山衛口膠海關，單貼蟠龍2分票，銷萊州郵政局碑型戳，背面蓋有少見的橢圓形平度郵政局中轉戳和膠州郵政局橢圓形到達戳。上品。此封乃俞兆年著《大清郵戳史》第60頁圖111實物。 f.w. CIP 2c, tied by Loichow Post Office tombstone mark, on reverse showing rare oval Pingtu PO transit and oval Kiaochow PO arrival datestamps. VF-F.
