一組2張清四次郵資片寄海外，第一張為清四次雙片的回片，1908年9月2日上海寄比利時國，加貼蟠龍5分1枚，中轉銷上海德客郵局小圓戳，比國到達印（1908年10月9日），片尺寸為94x140.5mm。第二張清四次雙片，去片及回片連接並保存完好，1910年12月15日從天津寄德國，加貼蟠龍1分1枚、蟠龍2分1枚，銷3個天津半切英漢戳，日期為英文較少見，另銷天津法國客郵局小圓戳，片尺寸為137.5x181mm。

1908 (Sep) - 1910 (Dec), a group of two C.I.P. 4th stationery cards, with the one of reply portion of double card sent from Shanghai to Belgium, and the second one is a complete double card sent from Tientsin to Germany,
