1899年6月15日清一次片自青州經膠州及上海寄漢口，銷橢圓形青州郵政局日戳，旁蓋濰縣（6月16日）、膠州（6月28日）、上海（7月4日）中轉戳及漢口（7月5日）到達戳。此為記錄中大清郵政青島郵局之最早相關郵品。其官方開幕日期和膠州海關同為1899年7月1日。極具郵政史和歷史價值。
