1909至24年一組6枚實寄郵資片和明信片，除一枚自綏芬河寄出外，均自哈爾濱寄歐洲，貼蟠龍或帆船票，銷哈爾濱日戳。當中一枚寄於1909年2月中俄郵政協議生效的一個月後，屬哈爾濱漢英半切日戳的早期使用例子。該協議將哈爾濱局的地位提升至地區郵局。
