1906年10月31日清二次片，自上海經日本長崎轉運至俄國的，銷清晰的上海中英雙語日戳（1908年10月31日），

經長崎11月1日中轉，並於11月4日抵達海參崴。由於當時中國尚未加入萬國郵政聯盟（UPU），原貼1分國內郵資在國際郵遞中不被承認，因此封面被加蓋俄國郵政指示性大型「T」（Taxe，欠資）標誌及罕見的大型「O」（Zero）戳記，表示對原貼郵資不予計算，最終按規定徵收20金法郎分的雙倍欠資（相當於8戈比）。此一欠資金額以手寫「8k」標示於海參崴清晰的雙圈橢圓形「Doplatit」（欠資）到達戳中央，郵戳鮮明完整。整體保存良好，為研究清代中俄郵政往來、欠資制度及經日本轉運海路郵遞的重要實物例證，亦是一件極具展示價值的展覽級「欠資戳」郵史品。
