大清郵政減資期間之實寄封 - 1904年4月18日由四川成都寄北京雙掛號紅條封，郵資11分，貼蟠龍1分、1角票各一枚，銷成都半切戳，旁蓋R字掛號戳，中書編號「1150」，銷成都半切戳，旁蓋R字掛號戳，中書編號「1150」，鋪滿海幹部中。本封走水路由長江運至上海，封背有收信人標註「四月初二日郵政局交」，表示1904年5月16日收到，全程郵期近一月。

CIP 1c and 10c paying the 11c postage, tied by Chengtu bisected cds. with adjacent boxed “R” registration handstamp numbered “1150.” On reverse with Shanghai lunar year transit “甲辰三月廿四” and Peking arrival. The cover was conveyed by river along the Yangtze to Shanghai, then forwarded to Peking. The recipient annotated “四月初二日郵政局交”, confirming receipt on May 16, 1904, with a total transit time of nearly one month.
