1916年2月7日民國帆船1分郵資片，自貴州獨山縣寄美國，加貼帆船3分票，銷獨山縣（民國）五年日戳，旁蓋都勻、貴定縣和上海等中轉戳，袁世凱稱帝后，蔡鍔將軍在雲貴地區起義，故當地大多拒用洪憲紀年日戳。
uprated by Junk 3c, tied by Tukshan (ROC) 5th Year cds., along with Tuyun, Kweiting and Shanghai transit cds. Most of the post offices in Yunnan and Kweichow district refused to use Hung Hsien Year cds.
