1902年7月21日中式紅條封由山東青州平信寄膠州海關，郵資1分，貼蟠龍半分2枚，銷罕見的青州郵政局日月戳，經濰縣轉運，也蓋同式日月戳（1902.7.24），於同年7月28日到達，銷膠州英文半切日戳。俞兆年編著《大清郵政史》第149頁實物。
f.w. CIP Coiling Dragon 1/2c x 2, matching the domestic ordinary postage, tied by rare Chinchow Sun & Moon Post Office cds., with Weihsien transit cds. (1902 Sep 24) and Kiaochow cds.
