光緒廿十八年八月初四日(1902.9.5)中式紅條封由山東諸城平信寄青島，郵資一分，背面單貼蟠龍1分票，銷罕見的諸城郵政局日月戳，經膠州轉遞（1902.9.7），未銷青島戳，不明到達日期。山東日月戳中諸城較少見。俞兆年編著《大清郵政史》第150頁實物。
f.w. CIP Coiling Dragon 1c x 1 on reverse, matching the domestic ordinary postage, tied by rare Chu Cheng Post Office cds., with Kiaochow transit cds. (1902 Sep 7) alongside. This is the item from "Postmarks History of the Imperial Ching Dynasty (1876-1912)", editted by Yu Chao-Nien.

1902年9月30中式紅條封由南潯平信寄青島海關，郵資應為4分，卻單貼蟠龍1分票。因寄青島郵件屬特殊郵資，故加蓋T字欠資戳，到達後以鉛筆注明15兩字（按當時青島使用德國幣制，我國之1分等於德幣5芬尼，因少貼3分，故要補收15 芬尼），本件銷票為橢圓形南潯大清郵政日戳，並蓋有少見之南潯烏鎮梅仲興柒號信櫃木戳，經上海轉口（1902.10.1）。俞兆年編著《大清郵政史》第56頁實物。
f.w. CIP Coiling Dragon 1c, tied by Nanhsun Empire and stamped with Nanxun Wu Chen Mei Chunghing No. 7 letter box cachet, with Shanghai transit cds. (1902.10.1) alongside. The postage then should be 4c, because of the shortage of the postage, a "T" postmark and "15" wrote in pencil were marked on the cover. According to the German currency system used in Chingtao then, Chinese 1c was equal to 5 pfennigs in German currency. The shortage of 3c postage equals to 15 pfennigs. This is the item from "Postmarks History of the Imperial Ching Dynasty (1876-1912)" P56, editted by Yu Chao-Nien.
