1908年5月20日清三次片自太原寄蘇格蘭，內框116.5mm，郵資圖與內框距離爲2mm特殊短距版式，加貼蟠龍1分和2分票各一枚，銷太原半切日戳，旁蓋太原“一”信箱戳及北京中轉戳。片右上角有摺痕，否則上品。此2mm特短版式是三次片各種版式中最罕見的一種，可遇不可求。
116.5mm inner frame distance, distance between printed postage and the inner frame is 2mm (normal is 4mm), the rariest type of Imperial 3rd postal card. Uprated by CIP 1c & 2c, tied by Taiyuan bisected cds., along with Beijing transit cds. Folded at upper right otherwise VF-F.
