1913年7月6日收件回執自陜西郃陽坊鎮寄西安府，再寄回坊鎮。加貼帆船5分票，銷西安日戳，另蓋有罕見之陝西坊鎮癸丑年干支戳、同州府及西安府（丙）日戳。少見之帆船票使用例，更難得的是蓋有罕見的癸丑干支戳。適合帆船郵集。除坊鎮日戳以干支紀年外，其餘均以民國紀年。但所有日戳之月份及日期均為公曆。Ex Stephen Yen (嚴平西)

f.w. Junk 5c, bearing Shensi Fangchen (Kui Chou Year lunar cds.), Tungchowfu, Sianfu (Ping) cds. Rare usage of Junk issue. Except the Fangcheng cds. dated lunar year, all other cds. dated ROC 2nd year while the month and date on all cds. were in Gregorian calendar. Ex Stephen Yen (嚴平西)
