15 Jul 1923, a very rare use of ROC junk reply card for internation mail from Vierni to Harbin with the use of Russia Worker imperf stamps for tax due to the non-acceptance of Chinese postage.
1923年改版帆船4分郵資雙片之國際回片蘇聯寄哈爾濱。片上原加貼帆船改值2分郵件票及郵資圖劃銷無效。貼蘇聯100戈比無齒普票六方連蓋1923年7月15日戳，落地蓋哈爾濱小圓日戳。當時俄國不承認中華郵政郵資，因此必須加貼當地郵票回寄，非常罕見之國際回片實例。保存非常良好。
