1897年1月22日美國2分郵資片從 美國 CLEVELAND. 入口去煙台美國領事John Fowler，銷 CLEVELAND #9單圈戳， 旁銷三個到達印包括 上海美國客郵局、上海海關日戳、煙台海關日戳，入口煙台海關戳，品相保存完好，John Fowler 從事美國外交官工作，1890-1896 美國駐寧波領事，1896-1912 美國駐煙台領事，此郵資片寫於John Fowler 從寧波調遷至煙台後第一年寫的。
