25 Feb 1902, a very rare use of Yanchow dollar chop with the corresponding pakau cancellation, plus an instruction mark of 「信力已付 勿索勿給」bearing in a C.I.P. 1st series stationery card.
1902年2月25日（元月十八日）清一次1分郵資片從揚州寄去上海，本地1分郵資因而不用加貼郵票，銷揚州特製大圓戳及揚州八卦印，另銷鎮江漢英半切小圓戳、上海漢英半切小圓戳，旁蓋有指示印「信力已付 勿索勿給」，此當地揚州特製大圓戳十分罕少，兼難得有揚州八卦印，品相非常好。
