Apr 1920, a ROC junk stationery card in use of hand-writing small place c.d.s. of "Kiangsu, Tungankiu 江蘇通安橋" to local mail Changhua, Chekiang.
1920年4月民國1分帆船郵資片從江蘇安通寄去浙江昌化縣，加貼帆船票半分1枚，銷2個江蘇通安橋全中文腰框手填戳（八年四月十一日），銷安徽北岸全中文腰框（八年四月十五日），另有三四個不清的中轉戳，少見民國時期用手填戳，郵資片背面有清晰中文毛筆書信內容。
