16 May 1916, a good tax mail in Sinkiang applied on a ROC junk overprint stationery card.
1916年5月16日帆船1分加蓋「限新省發寄」郵資片，從迪化府寄上海再轉抵西安，背面有上海抵達印，無此人再轉抵西安，郵資片正面有黑色粗體「T」印，被筆劃圈2次，另外蓋有郵差標記「緣」。背面有上海及西安漢英半切 c.d.s. 「限新省發寄」郵資片與「T」印組合較少見。
