25 Aug 1924, a good use of Adoption of Constitution stamps affixed on ROC junk overprint stationery card from Ningyuan (Kuldja) to Tihwa.
1924年8月25日寄往迪化Tihwa的帆船1分加蓋「限新省貼用」明信片，加貼有兩枚《憲法通過》1分郵票，片正面有3個甯遠（庫爾德日）的日戳，以及Tihwa到達日戳（十三年九月二日）。抵達再轉寄，背面附有額外資訊，保存十分完好的實寄「限新省貼用」明信片。
