1903年7月4日中式封自蕪湖寄北京，背單貼蟠龍1分票，銷罕見之蕪湖閏月大圓戳，旁有橢圓形北京郵政局到達戳。正面亦蓋同樣但更清晰的蕪湖大圓戳。蕪湖大圓戳最晚使用記錄是1903年7月10日，此封乃極晚使用例，更難得的是閏月戳。上品。
f.w. CIP 1c on reverse, tied by rare Wuhu Intercalary Month Dollar cds., along with oval Peking PO arrival. On front also bearing a similar but much clear Wuhu Dollar cds. The latest use of Wuhu Dollar cds. is 1903 Jul 10th, this one is a very late use example. Rare. VF-F.
