1913年1月18日清四次片加蓋中華民國自溫州寄德國，加貼宋字蟠龍半分票2枚及1分票1枚，銷罕見之溫州八卦戳，旁有溫州半切日戳及德國到達戳。片上手寫"印刷品"字樣並蓋有欠資章，應是寄件人欲以較低之印刷品郵資寄國際明信片，卻被郵局以欠資郵件處理。有趣的一件精品。
uprated by CIP ovpt. ROC 1/2c x 2 and 1c, tied by rare Wenchow Pakua cancel, along with Wenchow bisected cds., handwritten "Printed Matter", "T" mark and Germany arrival. VF-F.
