1917年一戰時期帆船郵資片自山東兗州寄德國，背面有印有藍色中國家庭照，加貼帆船3分票，銷兗州日戳，旁蓋上海中轉戳和罕見的藍色"NOT TRANSMISSIBLE"（不能轉遞）指示戳，查其時美國宣佈捲入戰爭，故郵路暫停。使用期短暫，用於郵資片上更屬難得，非常罕見。上品。
uprated by Junk 3c, tied by Yanchowfu cds., along with Shanghai transit cds. And very rare "NOT TRANSMISSIBLE" in violet due to declaration of war of USA and mail connection broken. On reverse blue cyanography of Chinese family. Collector's item for such rare instructional mark in WWI period. VF-F.
