1909年清三次雙片之回片，自山東諸城寄瑞典，加貼蟠龍1分及2分票各一枚，銷山東諸城干支日戳，旁蓋膠州干支戳、半切日戳、烟台全漢腰框中國郵局、烟台法國客郵局中轉，此片走西北利亞線到達有斯德哥爾摩到達戳。片右邊有裝訂孔，上中品。此片雖有裝訂孔但觀乎諸城干支戳清晰秀麗加上烟台及膠州中轉戳均為全漢腰框，再經烟台法國郵局走西北利亞鐵路線，郵路與整体形格實屬難得。
uprated by CIP 1c and 2c, tied by Shantung Chucheng lunar year cds., along with Kiaochow lunar year, bisected, Chefoo Chinese PO, French PO transit and Sweden arrival cds. Card with punch holes at right. Despite these punch holes faults, the overall shape including the very solid Chucheng Chinese chop plus the postal route etc which combined to become a very good Imperial Post Office Card usage. F-VF.
