1899年清一次片自廣州掛號寄意大利國，混貼蟠龍1分、2分、1角票各一枚、香港2先票2枚和10先票一枚，分別銷廣州半切日戳和香港日戳+IPO小橫戳，旁蓋R字掛號戳、意大利中轉戳和到達戳。上品。掛號實寄的清片罕少，1899年廣州半切日戳也是較早使用例。 mixed franking with CIP 1c, 2c, 10c, Hong Kong QV 2c x 2 & 10c, tied by Canton bisected cds., Hong Kong cds. + IPO cachet respectively, along with a "R" mark, Italy transit and arrival cds. VF-F. Rare registered usage of Imperial postal card.
