1897年11月14日德國10芬尼郵資片加蓋“Nur fur Marine-Schiffsposten”，自停泊於膠州的德國戰艦Prinzess Wilhelm號寄德國，銷德國海軍郵局No. 5日戳，旁蓋Krone（12月24日）到達戳。此為德國佔領膠州首日在郵政史上反映的例子，是記錄中最早自德屬膠州寄出的郵件。歷史意義非凡，相當精彩。
