1904年2枚自俄國經中東鐵路寄上海進口明信片，均蓋有俄國火車日戳，並旁蓋中東鐵路第261號火車郵局中轉戳及上海到達戳。
兩件明信片於抵達哈爾濱後均有延誤，證明了當時哈爾濱-海參崴及哈爾濱-旅順方向的郵政服務均因日俄戰爭的影響而受阻。
