民國時期中外文公債一組，包括中華民國政府1920年隴海鐵路8厘國庫債券五件，每件面額500法郎，部分連息票，另有1925年中華民國5厘金債券50美元等，票面印有中、法、英文條款、官印、簽署及註銷戳記，保存原摺痕及流通痕跡，為研究民國鐵路建設、國庫融資及近代外債史之參考資料。
including five 1920 Republic of China 8% Treasury bonds for the Lung-Tsing-U-Hai Railway, each for 500 francs and some with coupons attached, together with 1925 Republic of China 5% Gold Bonds for US$50, printed with Chinese, French and English text, official seals, signatures and cancellation marks, showing original folds and handling wear, a useful reference group for the study of Republican railway development, treasury finance and modern Chinese foreign loans.
