1938年德文版天津浦口鐵路無息英鎊資金分配證券一組五張（Anteilschein），面額見12鎊，另附1937年德華銀行代表中國政府所發5厘天津浦口鐵路1908及1910年借款息票收據一件，均以德文印製，帶編號、簽署及官印，與晚清至民國時期津浦鐵路外債整理及債務重組有關，為研究中國鐵路金融史之參考資料。
together with a 1937 Deutsch-Asiatische Bank receipt issued on behalf of the Chinese Government for coupons of the 5% Tientsin-Pukow Railway loans of 1908 and 1910, all printed in German with serial numbers, signatures and seals, relating to the later settlement and restructuring of Chinese railway foreign loans, a useful reference group for the study of China’s railway finance history.
