1968年撤銷發行的珍郵全國山河一片紅，當年因地圖錯誤問題，僅在個別城市短時間發行，隨後很快就撤銷了。此枚票為無修補原裝舊票，僅在右下角一小角處銷日戳，顔色鮮艷，齒孔完整，品相上佳，十分難得。是新中國最具名氣的大珍郵。
issued for just a few hours and withdrawn (Yangs W14), fine used with light canceled postmark at lower right corner only. Extremely rare original used stamp without repair. Fresh colour and good perforation. Very Fine used condition.
