1898年12月6日廣州惠州惠來寄天津雙掛號紅條封，貼蟠龍票四枚，合計14分郵資(10分為雙掛號，4分為超重郵資），銷廣州大圓戳，旁邊蓋有罕見的來城惠局紅色圓戳，背註農曆十一月初七日收到。
f.w. CIP issues x 4, totaling 14c rate (10c for double registration and 4c for overweight postage), tied by Canton Dollar cds., along with "Hui Lai/ Canton/ Postal Hong circular marking in red, rectangular handstamp “信資付訖別無索取” on front. Reverse endorsed “Received on 11th month, 7th day” (lunar calendar).
