1904-05年日本日俄戰爭從軍紀章一對，正面飾菊花與交叉軍旗，背面刻字並環以月桂葉紋飾，配藍綠相間緞帶及金屬橫條。緞帶略磨損與包漿，整體保存良好，為明治時期日俄戰爭紀念勳章。

1904-05年日本「日俄戰役從軍紀念章」一枚，銅質製，配藍綠相間緞帶，橫飾牌題「日俄戰役從軍紀念」。正面飾菊花禦紋與交叉軍旗，背面刻有紀念銘文。緞帶因年代久遠略有磨損，整體包漿自然，為日本明治時期頒授予參與日俄戰爭軍人之典型紀念章，具有歷史與收藏價值。
