1930年（昭和5年）霧社事件「非常通信」寄台北，銷「台灣．霧社 5.12.10」日戳紅色「非常郵便」戳。霧社事件即電影《賽德克巴萊》所描寫之歷史事件。有圖可證的霧社事件「非常通信」，已知僅存三件，本片為其中之一，為台灣抗日史與郵政史上極罕的史料。

bearing “Taiwan - Musha 5.12.10” datestamp and red “Emergency Mail” handstamp. The Mushe Incident is the historical event depicted in the film Seediq Bale. Only three recorded examples of such “Special Military Mail” of the Musha Incident with photographic evidence are known, this card is one of them and illustrated as fig. 92 in Japan Stamp Catalogue Vol. 1: Postal History.
