1968年撤銷發行的珍郵全國山河一片紅，當年因地圖錯誤問題，僅在個別城市短時間發行，隨後很快就撤銷了。此枚票為無修補原裝舊票，銷河北1968年11月日戳，顔色鮮艷，品相上佳，十分難得。是新中國最具名氣的大珍郵。
issued for just a few hours and withdrawn (Yangs W14), fine used with Hobei 1968 Nov cds. Extremely rare original used stamp without repair. Fresh colour. Just some small creases as usual a postally used stamp. Still VF.
