1949年6月24日東川廣安掛號寄重慶中式封，背面貼孫像銀圓加蓋廣安地名票4枚，合16分銀圓，符合國內掛號郵資，銷廣安日戳，正面有重慶到達戳。這是目前發現第二早的四川地方加蓋實寄封，地方加蓋首日為6月16日。
franked on reverse SYS Silver Yuan ovpt. Kuangan stamps x 4, totally 16c Silver Yuan, matching domestic registered postage, tied by Kuangan cds., on front with Chungking arrival cds. This is the second earlist Szechuan locally ovpt. commercial cover, first is on June 16.
