1899年4月1日清一次混貼片自北京寄英國，混貼蟠龍1分票3枚和日本小判2錢2枚，分別銷北京大圓戳和上海日本客郵局日戳+北京IPO小橫戳，旁蓋上海大圓戳、橫濱中轉和英國到達戳，因日本郵局不承認明信片郵資，故作欠資處理。此片為日本票蓋IPO小橫戳的最早使用例。水原明窗《華郵集錦》第2部第3冊第162頁實物。
