1920年代蒙古寄哈爾濱欠資封，背面貼10M蒙古票2枚及5Ｍ蒙古票1枚，銷蒙古日戳，旁有中華民國欠資票10分2枚，銷哈爾濱日戳，旁有哈爾濱到達戳。正面有一張票脫落，估計是中國的帆船票。蒙古宣佈獨立以後，民國政府並不承認其獨立性，因此蒙古郵票的郵資效用在寄中國郵件中不被承認，到中國後需要加貼中國郵票以補足郵資。歷史的見證。
