1903年5月10日中式紅條封自安徽廬州府寄北京，貼蟠龍1分票2枚，銷非常罕見之廬州府郵政局橢圓形日戳。背有蕪湖、上海中轉戳及北京郵政局橢圓形 到達戳。邊有小損，整體上品。
f.w. CIP 1c x 2, tied by extremely rare oval Luchowfu Post Office datestamp. On reverse with Wuhu, Shanghai transits and Peking PO oval arrival. Small faults at edges. VF-F.
