This cover was sent via Pacific and Altantic Ocean as the German invaded U.S.S.R. and made Trans-Siberian route no longer available since Jun 1941. However, this route was also not availalbe after the outbreak of Pacific War in Dec 1941. Therefore, examples of this short-lived route are rare.

Also, there is no English registered mark on the cover which was against UPU regulation as english registered mark was only available in larger PO which were also fell into the hands of Japanese forces.
