1941 a small collection of Japanese Occ. North China Large Characters Hopeh ovpt. on Chung Hwa Print SYS issues, hinged on 4 album pages. Mostly in blocks of 4 or 6 with imprints. Basically complete except 15c & $20. Plus a few odd values in blocks. A nice collection. Good for study. Ex. Meiso Mizuhara.
