1912 (Feb) to 1913 (Apr), a group of three C.I.P. 4th stationery cards, with the first one sent from Shanghai to France, the second one from Tientsin to Netherland, and the third one from Hankow to Italy,

the first card was posted from Shanghai to France on 16 Feb 1912, with a 3-cent dragon stamp attached, cancelled by Shanghai English and Chinese waist-frame lunar year cds, transferred to Shanghai French P.O. and then sent via Siberia line, the card measures 91.5x138.5mm. The second card was sent from Tientsin to Netherland on 14 May 1912, with a 3-cent dragon stamp overprinted in Song font "Republic of China" attached, cancelled by Tientsin Chinese and English bilingual cds, Tientsin French Post Office small round postmark (May 14), with postman-related numbers "23" "F28", the card size measures 92x138mm. The third card was sent from Hankow to Rome, Italy on 12 Apr 1913, with a 3-cent dragon stamp overprinted in regular script "Republic of China" attached, cancelled by Hankow Chinese and English bilingual cds with a transit postmark from Naples and arrival postmark from Rome, plus a postman oval mark of "142". The card size measures 90.5x139.5mm.
